   Home to many financial-industry offices, Summit also serves as a commuter hub to New York City and is well served by road and rail.  Our offices are downtown, a stone's throw from the train station and the legendary Summit Diner. 
 

      
    

 By train

  
  • From New York's Penn Station, take any of New Jersey Transit's "Midtown Direct" ("Dover") trains to Summit. (approx. 50 minutes travelling time).
  • From Hoboken, and also from Newark's Broad Street station, New Jersey Transit trains run regularly to Summit, taking about 45 and 25 minutes respectively.
  • Once at Summit, KV1's offices are a 2 minute walk away. Leave the station by the Union Place exit, turn right along Union Place, then left on Summit Avenue by the 1940s-style diner. KV1's office is at 86 Summit Avenue, a few steps past the diner.

    Driving from New York City

    		  
  • Take Holland tunnel, and upon exiting the tunnel, keep right to take ramp marked for "NJ Turnpike".
  • Continue on the Turnpike (I-95) for a couple of miles and then take exit marked for I-78 West (towards the Oranges).
  • Continue west on I-78 for about 10 miles in either local or express lanes, then exit on Route 24 West headed for Morristown.
  • Follow 24 for another couple of miles, then take the exit marked for Summit Ave, turning left on Summit Ave.
  • Stay on Summit Ave through residential neighbourhoods until the second light in downtown Summit, at the junction with Springfield Avenue.
  • KV1's offices are located another 50 yards further on the right, at 86 Summit Avenue. Parking is easiest at the municipal garage nearby at Summit & Broad: continue for another 150 yds on Summit Avenue (crossing the railway bridge) and turn left at the light onto Broad Street for the garage entrance.

    Driving from New England

    		  
  • Avoid New York City by taking I-87 across the Hudson at the Tappan Zee bridge, and then it is advisable to avoid the Garden State Parkway by heading west for another 8-10 miles until the exit marked for I-287 South into New Jersey.
  • Follow I-287 south for approx. 30 miles, taking the exit for Route 24 to Springfield.
  • Continue East on 24 for about 10 miles, and turn right off the exit marked "Summit Ave".
  • Stay on Summit Ave through residential neighbourhoods until the second light in downtown Summit, at the junction with Springfield Avenue.
  • KV1's offices are located another 50 yards further on the right, at 86 Summit Avenue.
